Welcome to Millsap ISD! What an honor it is to serve the Bulldogs alongside
you. Millsap is a special place where relationships are central, character is
upheld, and students are the focus of our work. I have served Millsap ISD for
the last 8 years, 3 years as the Superintendent and the 5 prior years as the
Assistant Superintendent. Each day it is an honor and a blessing to have the
opportunity to serve the Millsap community and make a positive impact.

I look forward to meeting each of you in person but until then, below is just a
little about myself!

My Family: I grew up in Parker County as the only child of Bill and Edith
Robinson.  Throughout their almost 62 years of marriage, my parents have
always been upstanding examples of how to create a loving home. While at
Texas Tech, I met my husband, Clay Martin. We have been married for 28
years and are blessed with two children, Grant and Mackenzie. Mackenzie,
our youngest child, graduated from Millsap High School in 2021.

My Educational Background: The 2023-2024 school year will be my 29 th year
in education. After growing up in Parker County, I attended Weatherford
College and then graduated from Texas Tech University. My educational
career started in west Texas teaching secondary math and serving as a girls'
basketball and softball coach. During my career, I have served in various
leadership capacities, including principal at both the elementary and high
school levels. I am a committed lifetime learner (a.k.a. I like school!). I
earned a Master of Education degree from Tarleton State University and a
Doctoral degree in Educational Administration from Dallas Baptist University.

As a mom, I know your child(ren) is your most prized possession. Thank you
for allowing your child(ren) to attend Millsap ISD where our mission is to
inspire, develop, and educate every student in a safe environment. In Millsap
ISD, you can be assured that educators love the students and are dedicated to
the whole child's development.

I am proud to be a Millsap Bulldog and I know you are as well! Please do

After serving many years supporting over 78 school districts as a Field Service Agent and Leadership consultant for Education Service Center Region 11, in Fort Worth, Mr. Dale Latham now gets to focus all of his attention on continuing our relentless pursuit of being the Premier educational organization.

Mr. Dale Latham has been married to his lovely bride, Becky, for 35 years.  She is a retired high school English teacher who was named the Granbury ISD Secondary Teacher of the Year, and honored with the Jack Harvey Academy of Exemplary Teachers award.  The Lathams have two grown children, Tyler and Kaeti.  Tyler and his wife Victoria are both in law enforcement, and graduates of University of North Texas.  Mr. Latham's youngest, Kaeti, graduated from Tarleton State University, earned her Bachelor in Nursing degree, and works as a Nurse for UT Southwestern in Dallas.

With over 35 years’ experience in education, Mr. Latham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education, from Tarleton State University, and a Masters of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies degree, from the University of Texas at Arlington.
