Mr. Dale Latham, Deputy Superintendent

After serving many years supporting over 78 school districts as a Field Service Agent and Leadership consultant for Education Service Center Region 11, in Fort Worth, Mr. Dale Latham now gets to focus all of his attention on continuing our relentless pursuit of being the Premier educational organization.

Mr. Dale Latham has been married to his lovely bride, Becky, for 36 years.  She is a retired high school English teacher who was named the Granbury ISD Secondary Teacher of the Year, and honored with the Jack Harvey Academy of Exemplary Teachers award.  The Lathams have two grown children, Tyler and Kaeti.  Tyler and his wife Victoria are both in law enforcement, graduates of University of North Texas, and new parents to Mr. Latham's first grandson, Sterling.  Mr. Latham's youngest, Kaeti, graduated from Tarleton State University, earned her Bachelor in Nursing degree, and works as an Oncology Nurse for the UT Southwestern system, in Dallas.

With over 37 years’ experience in education, Mr. Latham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education, from Tarleton State University, and a Masters of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies degree, from the University of Texas at Arlington.
