Hi, my name is Patty Valtierra.  I have two amazing children, Marcus who is 22 and Tayley who is 20. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies.  My major was English with a Reading Specialization.   I am ESL and GT certified.  I have a total of 26 years teaching experience.  I spent 21 years teaching for the Mineral Wells ISD on the same campus.  I am super excited to be teaching 7^th grade English, 7^th grade Honors English and coaching the MHS cheer squad this year for Millsap ISD!
