Mrs. Kari Reed

My name is Kari Reed and this is my first year at Millsap Middle School. It is my twenty-first year in education and as a special education teacher. My previous roles included teacher, department head/coordinator for special education and transition facilitator. I am very excited about being at Millsap Middle School and look forward to a successful school year.

I have been married to my husband, Matthew, for 33 years and we have two grown children and four adorable grandchildren. Matthew is a petroleum geologist and our oldest son, Jack, works for Oncor Electric as a senior transportation analyst. Our daughter, Jennifer, is a stay-at-home mom who works for my husband one day a week. Our oldest grandson started kindergarten this year!

I love to read, take exercise walks, go to the gym and get together with friends and family. I enjoy working with students and am happy to be a Millsap Bulldog!
