Millsap ISD New Student Registration
The following will help you register your new Bulldog for the 2024-2025 school year. We are so excited for you to join the Millsap ISD community!
*All students who did not complete the prior school year (2023-2024) with Millsap ISD will complete New Student Registration.
Items Needed for Registration
Registration requires that the following items are uploaded into the system. If you do not have these files in digital format you can take a picture of them with your phone and upload those images into the system.
Parent Driver's License or State Identification
Student Birth Certificate
Student Immunization Record
Student Social Security Card
Proof of Residency*
*This must be a current utility bill (electricity, water, gas) dated within 2 months of enrollment. It must show name and service address of the person enrolling the student.

Online registration is done online through the Ascender Parent Portal. Creating a ParentPortal User Account is very easy and detailed instructions can be found here: English Instructions or Spanish Instructions
Once you have created your ParentPortal account, you will go to the top right corner, click on 'My Account' then click 'Enroll a new student'.
Transfer Students
If you and your student do not reside in the Millsap ISD attendance zone, you must complete the MISD Transfer Form located at www.millsapisd.net/transfer. After you complete this form and submit the required documentation, our campus staff will evaluate it and contact you regarding your transfer status into Millsap ISD.

Copy of last three years report card, including attendance
Copy of last three years STAAR scores
Copy of last three years discipline records
Copy of transcript
Copy of Written Statement (outlined in application)
These documents will be uploaded using the upload link in the Transfer Application

Language Options
The Parent Portal system can be used in English and in Spanish. You must change the language before you log in. You will see the language option above the username and password location on the log in screen.
