Millsap ISD Values its Staff

During the August Millsap ISD Board of Trustees meeting the Board approved exciting compensation changes for district employees.  The following salary increases were approved and will go into effect immediately:

  • Teachers, Librarians, & Nurses (RN) – 14.6% to 18.3%
  • All other staff – 8.5%
  • Staff Attendance incentive – end of year
  • 457 Longevity Match – 1%
  • Unused Leave incentive at retirement
  • Increased student attendance incentive in December to $500/$250
  • Increased stipends $500 - $1,100
