Hello, and welcome to my classroom! My name is Rachel Stull, and I have had the priviledge of teaching English at Millsap ISD for the past 14 years. I graduated from Tarleton State University in 2008, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in English. I feel like I was born to be a secondary teacher, and I absolutely love working with teenagers. I have a wonderful husband, Patrick, one son, Ryder, and a precious baby girl, Blakelee! In fact, most of my free time, which isn't a lot, is spent hanging out with my family, but when I do have free time I enjoy shopping, scrapbooking, watching movies, reading, and spending time with friends. My husband is a cutting horse trainer, so we also spend a lot of our time at horse shows, and my son is invloved in all sports so his games and practice take up most of our weekends. Blakelee was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in November of 2018, so for the past couple of years we have been spending all of our time together just learning about our new lifestyle. She is my hero and she is such a little warrior. We definitely stay busy, but we wouldn't have it any other way! As a family, we also love to travel, and the horse shows and the sporting events take us all over the United States; however, my dream vacation would be to backpack through Eurpoe, and I WILL do it one day.

My personal goal as an English teacher at Millsap High School is to be committed to the development of life-long learners by equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently meet life's challenges as a responsible, productive citizen. I have a deep passion for what I do, and a love for learning that I hope to instill in each student who enters my classroom. By doing this, my dream is that each and every student would be able to develop an overall appreciation for literature and all of its fundamental components. Although this year may be a little different, I am positive that this is going to be a great year!
