  • This week in Cross Country:

    July 31 - Aug 4 

    All HS practices this week will be 6 am - 7:30 am Mon - Fri.  Its not too late to join us if you are in HS and want to run CC this year. Meet us at the HS Fieldhouse. Please have all of your UIL paperwork taken care of and with you if you have not already done so. Come dressed for workout and bring your water bottle. JH will not start until Aug. 14. More information will be available when school starts on Aug. 10. See you then.
