$1000 Signing Incentive Approved By Board of Trustees for 22-23 School Year
The Millsap ISD Board of Trustees approved signing incentives as a measure to retain high quality staff and recruit new educators! A one-time signing incentive was approved for contract employees who commit to returning or coming to Millsap ISD for the 22-23 school year. Full-time contracted employees will receive $1000 and part-time contracted employees will receive $500. Additionally, other educator perks and salary increases are being considered as part of the 22-23 MISD Compensation Plan as a recruitment and retention strategy.
